Kim Yun Jin, who is currently starring in ABC’s Lost, will be gracing the cover of an American publication in the near future.
Kim Yun Jin’s management company, Zion Entertainment, released a statement on February 11th stating, “Kim Yun Jin has been gaining lots of momentum in the United States due to her recurring role on ABC’s Lost. As a result, she has received the opportunity to be featured on the cover of Entertainment Weekly in an upcoming issue.”
Kim Yun Jin will be the first Korean entertainer in history to appear on the cover of Entertainment Weekly by herself. Regarding the cover, Kim Yun Jin said, “It was a blessing to be cast in the Lost series. I’ve had a great time filming the show for the last six years and I am happy to see the show come to an end after years of success.”
Congratulations are in order for Kim Yun Jin! Even though she may have turned down possibly the role of her lifetime in Avatar, I’d say she’s doing quite well for herself. Her latest film endeavor in Korea, Harmony, has brought in over 1,500,000 audience since its release.
