ZE:A unleashes concept photo for comeback!

With the influx of 2010 comebacks over the past few months, rookie groups have struggled to make their mark in the kpop arena, but it looks like ZE:A is eager to rev things up (intentional pun, sorry) and spike the summer temperature with their comeback.
After entertaining us with Mazeltov and treating fans with a delectable bad boy concept with All Day back in April, this nine-member group is back with a racer concept. With stripes and polka dots marked as some of 2010’s most popular fashion trends, why not add the checkerboard pattern into the mix?

!MTV unleashes ‘Idol United’ featuring your favourite male idols

Cable channel MTV will be coming up with a new program called ‘MTV Idol United’ where your favourite male idols will be come together to form a soccer team pitching against other soccer teams in matches.
The program was established in view of the upcoming 2010 FIFA Worldcup. The idol soccer team will play against 5 soccer teams selected through online signup. And at the end of the program, a MVP player will also be chosen amongst the idol players.

!M! Countdown to resume broadcast

After canceling last week’s show due to the naval ship tragedy, MNET has decided to resume normal broadcast of it’s music program, M! Countdown from this week.
This will be really great news for fans and especially for singers like Rain, Secret, ZE:A and Gil Hak Mi who has had to delay their comebacks due to the mass cancellation of programs last week. The recording will however take place without a studio audience.


A representative expressed, “We understand the solemn mood enveloping the nation at the moment. But we decided to proceed because many singers are making their comebacks and debuts this period. We will however do things cautiously.”
The decision by MNET comes after KBS decided to cancel Music Bank for the second week running. There’s no further word from MBC and SBS on whether Music Core and Inkigayo will go on as planned this weekend.

!ZE:A comeback single ‘Leap for Detonation’ released!

Rookie boyband ZE:A comeback single ‘Leap for Detonation’ has been released on 25th March.

Coming back with more matured and masculine features, the title song for the single is ‘All Day Long’ and a teaser MV has been released earlier. The single also contains a new song ‘Man 2 Man’.

ZE:A (Children of Empire) Kim Dongjun, has the charms as other common idol groups' magnaes.

Doing great With 'Mazeltov' as the debut song, 9 members idol group, Children of Empire recently had an interview with TV Daily at Hongdae LIVE CAFE 'SAADIYAT'.
Idol groups' magnaes usually overflow with aegyo, they're always called spoiled children. But Children of Empire's magnae Dongjun somehow gives off a soft mature charm.

Asking what is magnae's merit point, all members gave "diligent" as the answer.

"He wakes up the earliest in the morning". "Really hardworking and diligent magnae" praised Junyoung and Kwanghee.

He's certain about his ideal type of woman: "Every girl is OK except for rude girls. I don't mind if she is strong minded or not but I really hate annoying girls".

Children of Empire ended their debut song 'Mazeltov' promotions on 27th of February in MBC TV 'Show! Music Core'.

Jung Hee Chul was asked by MC Park Myung Soo, "Is there a female celebrity that you're interested in?" and he said without any hesitation, "My ideal type, SNSD's Jessica"

The MC hyungs tried to protect his image by saying "are idols allowed to be like this?" but Hee Chul took it even further by shyly confessing "Jessica has been my ideal type since a long time ago, I've met her a few times during performances and stages and I felt very nervous."
