• Running man merupakan tv show korea yang mesti ditonton pada abad ini.. Program realiti ini sangat berlainan dari tv-tv show yang lain.. Kenapa ? sebab tv show ini berkonsepkan humor yang berpanjangan sambil mengejar kemenangan dalam setiap cabaran yang dikenakan pada krew-krew running man.. Ok untuk lebih jelas.. mcm ni..  Ahli tetap running man mempunyai 8 orang..  dan bagi setiap episod ada 2 artis jemputan (samada dalam group or berseorangan) yang turut menghangatkan cabaran ini.. 8+2+ = 10+ orang.. 2 kumpulan akan ditubuhkan iaitu kumpulan berbaju merah dan biru..  so Red fight Blue la.. 

• Setiap cabaran dimulakan dengan mencari kod rahsia running man.. diorang akan ditempatkan di satu kawasan yang besar dan popular di sekitar seoul ( ini adalah satu rancangan realiti yang mempromot tempat-tempat menarik dan sesak di korea)  contoh : Muzium, Shopping Complex, Menara, Stadium dan sebagainya..  jadi memang gempak r! cabaran yang dikenakan kadang-kadang dah mcm Mission Impossible dah aku tengok tapi kadang-kadang bengong-bengok jek.. haha.. cabaran yang xkan difikir dek akal..korang akan jumpa dalam rancangan ni.. setelah cabaran bermula tempat tersebut akan dikunci sehingga mission complete.. pernah x tengok shopping complex dikunci seperti dalam penjara ?.. dlm ini ada.. fuhh! gempak r.. diorang kena berlari ke sana dan kesini.. tiada dah yang ayu dalam tv show ni.. semua bertungkus lumus untuk menang dalam setiap cabaran.. plus, setiap episod membawa seribu humor didalamnya.. memang best r.. xbosan kot! pasti.. sebabnya.. aku xboleh blah betul dengan bunyi-bunyi background,gambar-gambar dan skrip-skrip tambahan yang bodoh-bodoh semuanya.. bengong jea.. hahaha.. kalau korang gemar menonton tv show korea. pasti korang bingo! apa yang aku cuba terangkan ni..

hahaha.. ini best!
